All the Technicians were hard working professionals. They always let me know ahead of their arrival and they were able to answer any questions that I asked.
Hunter showed up within 12 ours of our incident and got to work right away. He and his team showed up daily to check on the mitigation process. Hunter was exceptional in explaining what needed to be done and putting our minds at ease with the situation we were in.
Service Masters went above and beyond to help clean our home and remove damaged material. Their employees worked hard to preserve and restore our hardwood floors without tearing them up (at our request) and did an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need!

The crew always notified the homeowner as to their arrivals and departures. They knew their business, were polite, informative, expressed concern for the well being of the house and its contents, and proceeded with adequate caution.
Did manage to break a valuable corningware casserole, though.

The were prompt, friendly and easy to work with. Although we needed them in an emergency, they made it easy and took a weight off our shoulders in dealing with the mess of a broken pipe.
