They came in and actually started immediately. They pulled back our carpet and brought in industrial fans to suck out all the moisture from our hot water heater leak. They came back and checked on the progress numerous times and always kept us informed.

The speed in which your servicemen & equipment arrived! Our bathroom water line broke around 9pm and the men had the huge dehumidifiers & fans in place and running that night about an hour after our daughter's call to you! We received great service from initial set-up to the final cleaning--excellent job--thank you!

They were quick to come out and take care of the water problem. Honest and trustworthy. If we had another problem we would call Service Master again.

You are on 24 hour emergency call. Everything else can be worked out after that initial call.

Curtis and Steve were very patient with our grandkids and 3 little dogs running around. They answered every questioni we had and explained everything they were doing and what to expect. I can't say enough positive things about their professionalism. Dan came that morning and also explained the process as he was checking the house for dampness. It was a very positive situation working with these guys and would HIGHLY recommend them to others.

Nate, TJ, Gabriel, and Brian were all great to work with. The quality of work from these men as far the eye can see was very good. There customer service was superb. Brian was certainly on board and kept me informed. Always answering my calls promptly; and, actually more promptly than any other company I have worked with; and there any been many in my personal and career life. I have worked for construction companies and if I were employed by ServiceMaster, I would be proud and would feel I could make commitments to customers and be sure they were backed up.

I believe the four mentioned above always do fine and excellent work. Although the work was done; I loved that they involved me as a person and had great personalities. They made me laugh; helped without complaint...I will always remember's Gabriel's jingle for your company: "If Recon can't do it; then no one con...." Thanks, Gabriel.

First and foremost, I will definitely refer ServiceMaster Excellence to friends, neighbors, relatives and any and all other people inside and outside of my immediate community. The simple fact is that ServiceMaster Excellence lived up to its billing as a solid company that, meticuliously, pays attention to details. Moreover, this attention to detail was epitomized via the workmanship, craftsmanship and overall adherence to resolute quality standards publicized by the company in terms of their commitment to Excellence.
In short, I had an estimate of nearly $10,000 worth of restorative work that needed to be completed if my water damaged home was to ever be returned to some degree of normalcy.
But, I am very happy to indicate to all that ServiceMaster Excellence, under the impressive, quality driven and knowledgeable leadership of Franchise Owner Steve Oliveros, Operation Manger "Joe," and Skilled Painter "Tony," my fiance' and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the end results. The ServiceMaster team took their time to address all of the questions, inquiries and concerns that were presented to them. Invariably, their concern for the total satisfaction of the customer is first rate.
Our home was completely restored and wonderfully enhanced in a very short period of time. We are totally enamored with the overall quality of craftsmanship and look forward to readily advancing any calamitous claims in the future, to this awesome company.

Very flexible with times/dates of delivery. All items very clean. The order of the items was slightly disorganized (books in several different boxes).... Possibly put all TYPES of items in the same boxes when you return them? Especially if they are from the same room.

I liked the thoroughness and the checking if unsure about something and
the timeliness of the service.
