good job friendly service
Following water damage from the Dorecho, Service Master came immediately to set-up fans and dehumidifiers. They opened up our ceiling revealing gallons of trapped water BEFORE mold had begun to grow! When work was to begin by our contractors, they carefully wrapped and stored all of our crystal, china and furnishings . . . showing more respect for our things than we usually do! Nothing was damaged or lost by Service Master. Their employees were a delight to have around us during a very difficult and confusing time!
We called you at about 11:45am on a Sunday, and you were at our condo and setting up by 2:30!
The technician James Moore could not have been more professional or helpful, for weeks after as well with keeping us informed.
