The young man who waited on me, listened and responded to the needs. I discussed concerning my ankles and toe pain. I told him what kind of shoes I always worn in the past, and he brought those out, but he also looked for other shoes that made more sense for the discomfort I was having, we found two pairs that I really liked. I bought one they are made in Finland made for people with narrow feet, but a wider toebox he knew exactly his inventory and was extremely patient. I would look for him again to help me get my next pair of shoes.

Feels very personalized, friendly and I quickly got the "right" shoes without wasting time trying on the wrong ones. Honestly, I was looking at shoes at another store a day previous to my visit and feeling very ignored by the young man working there and decided I no longer wanted to shop that way. A friend told me about Fleet Feet and I will not shop anywhere else.

Very attentive, knowledgable, and friendly service. Upon walking in, multiple people took a moment to tell me I would be seen by someone shortly once a staff person was available. They had ample products on site for me to try and make sure I had the shoe that I liked best. Highly recommend, have been going to them for years and will continue using them:). I know that I’m wearing a shoe that I find comfortable and is also appropriate for my foot based off the in house foot scan technology. Thank you Fleet Feet on Patterson Avenue!

I had a nice experience in your midlothian store. Dallas helped me figure out the best shoe based on the sizing/scans and activities I do. The interaction never felt rushed, and he recommended three different shoes to try. He was very attentive and accommodating. I left your store more knowledgeable, with a nice product. I’ve already recommended this place to a few people.

I was greeted & asked what my size & what type of shoe I would need for treadmill or floor workouts. I just did not like the atmosphere of the store. Person who waited on me was ok did bring me socks but help putting shoes, no measuring of anything it was not a positive feeling to send some else to that store.
