The clerk tried to sell my daughter a pair of shoes that was 1.5 sizes too big. Even after measuring her on the foot scan. It took me making a comment and requesting smaller size before he took action.

Right when I walked in the door, I was asked if I needed help. I mentioned what I was looking for. Mason brought out some choices and I made my selection.
The in dept knowledge most associates knows about the products. The technology used to select the best shoe for me.
The sales person was courteous and helpful. He offered alternatives to what I wanted because my size was not available in my first choice.

I compliment the services of Naseer of your Elmhurst store. He takes the time to make sure you have the shoes you need and always goes the distance in customer service. On 6/17 I needed a specific pair of shoes for a gift. Instead of saying the shoes weren’t in stock in Elmhurst , he located the shoes I needed at the Oak Park store. I am happy to report that I was able to buy the shoes and some socks at the Oak Park store. Thank you Naseer.

The walking test and other tests done before fitting was a great help.
I informed the salesman what I needed and what I was looking for, he brought out 5 different styles. None was what I had asked for, he mentioned he didn't have what I wanted but had similar styles and the width I was requesting. I've never tried on the brand ALTRA, I fell in love with it and it met all my needs so I purchased it. Good job salesman....
Always the best customer service! It was very busy in the store but I never felt like I was forgotten about. Barb kept checking in with us and letting us know our turn for trying on sneakers was coming!
Service and staff are great. Products, Asics Pickleball shoes, have some manufacturing flaws.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I had this last visit. I felt like the sales person was inexperienced and I asked him to bring someone else to help me, at that point he brought out another pair of shoes, I really don’t believe this are right either, however I will take them to orthotic appt next week and see what they say. I may be returning them. I had previously bought a pair of shoes that were over 60 days in return, I had not worn those shoes either pending that appt I had last week for orthotic fit, I was told I need a shoe that weighed less and was a low STAC and this shoe was not. I was unable to return those shoes for exchange even though I had not worn them and that was very obvious by the condition of the shoes. I was very frustrated by my last visit to your store. I see my orthotic specialist this next week, if this purchase is not correct for me I will be returning this shoe for full refund and seeking a different store to buy my shoes.
