I love the foot technology used to measure one's foot physiology in order to choose the best fitting shoe. That along with the knowledgeable staff, makes it a win!

The staff is very helpful and the selection is great.
Overall this is just a great place. I went with someone and watched what all they did with her. I then told my husband we needed to go. Now 4 pairs of shoes later, I think we are hooked. What got our attention the most is the fact if they don't work, we can return them. If they didn't have our size then we could order them online. If they didn't work then we could return to the store locally. Just a great business.

Mackenzie was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She took the time to understand and diagnose what I was suffering through in order to find the perfect shoes for my feet. I was never pushed in any direction of which product to choose from, rather she helped me pick the best product that aided my needs. My feet haven’t felt this good in months. She has the best customer service I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. Keep up the great work!!

I have been to two different locations, Jackson, Mississippi, and Memphis, Tennessee and both times, especially the one in Jackson Mississippi. The sale associates was a phenomenal 100% dead on absolutely wonderful people to deal with thank y’all very much. Memphis, Tennessee seals associate was great super kind real nice very knowledgeable. I will give them a 9.9 out of 10. The sale’s associates in Jackson Mississippi. You cannot ask for anybody Any better just 100%. I cannot explain how great they are. It’s just was unreal just to be honest I’ve never dealt with anybody like that before honestly speaking never they was just beyond phenomenal, they are beyond absolute greatness. Just they are the best of the best thats for sure. It is absolutely worth me driving 3 1/2 hours to Jackson Mississippi just to get another pair of shoes from these people down there. That is the only way I could express on how kind they are how knowledgeable they are, and how caring they are.
