Great service once we were able to get help. My son and I waited almost an hour and a half to get someone to help us look at some shoes. I'm sure it's part of the challenge that most places have getting employees these days.

The insoles I purchased were not the same size as the demos that fit in my shoe at the store. Changing my shoe laces, which were too small for the shoe and I had to pay for larger laces, was a real pain. The store is inconvenient for me to get to, so I an eating the $50 by putting the insoles in old walking shoes that I shouldn't be wearing.

The service I received was excellent! I desperately needed quality, comfortable shoes for my 12-hour shifts as a nurse and the salesperson brought out the perfect pair! I look forward to shopping at Fleet Feet in the future!

I was in a huge hurry and knew exactly which shoes and size I needed (have had spent 1.5hrs in another store getting it all figured out 2 days prior).
When I asked the associate to grab my size and the brand, she did, and I bought them and left.

When I went to run a 5k the next day my feet hurt soooo badly, because she had brought out the wrong size. I didn’t notice because we had clear communication about my needs before she went back to get the shoes.

Anyway. I’ll bring them back.

I went to a different store that carries the product I was looking for, it is a new product I was not familiar with. I paid more for this product at Fleet Feet but received excellent service which I did not receive at the first place I went and the reason I did not purchase them at the first place.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient. He took lots of time with me and my husband to ensure a perfect fit. He used digital equipment to check our foot sizes, level of arch and where the weight of the foot walks. Then he recommended shoes that met the individual foot criteria.

There were lots of brands and styles to try on and choose from.
