I love being able to come into the store and get a pair of extremely comfortable shoes that have already been fitted to my feet. Having that information stored in the computer is so convenient. Along with a helpful and friendly staff is so important. They are well informed about the products they the store is selling. It’s very refreshing. Knowledge about upcoming sales and promotions too. This is why I continue to shop at Fleet Feet. Not to mention my feet and knees loves this place.

Hi Mark, the shoe associate at the Columbus Circle branch was incredible! He was patient and so knows and brought out 7 pairs of shoes for me to try! He was so patient and asked me questions to help me truly understand the benefits of each show style and how they would impact me! Thanks to Mark I bought a pair from a brand I’d never have considered and Amy so happy with the purchase.
