Thorough understanding of body mechanics and different options for different levels of athletes
I love the personal attention you get at Fleet Feet. After a knee injury, I was looking for shoes that would help in recovery. I was so overwhelmed shopping on my own. A friend recommended Fleet Feet and I'm so glad! I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes that I love. They made walking so much more comfortable!
500/10 give my guy Matt a raise! He measured my feet with a high tech system, brought out great options that worked best for my feet. Introduced some insoles that helped keep my arches stable while running. I’m blown away!

At a trade show event, they didn't have my size and pushed me to buy a different shoe despite the fact that I've been running the same shoe for 20+ years. Trying to help, I understand. However I then ordered online with what was in stock at my local FF, received a notice my order was ready three mornings later and went to the shop to pick them up that evening. After being told by a salesperson that they'd go get them, after 10 minutes was told they were doing something else, went to look finally, came back and said the couldn't find my order. After asking an associate, turns out they were sold or not in stock already in between my purchase and pick up. Was told my order had been cancelled. I had no documentation of such and had to show them my email list to prove it. Then had to wait further for them to find the shoe in my size in stock, albeit another color, and deal with all the cancellation, refund, purchase. These things happen, but what I find frustrating and makes me think twice about purchasing from Fleet Feet -- at least for in-person pick up -- is the lack of communication and a confirmation that my order was ready. I could have saved a lot of time and effort if I'd just had a call or email telling me what I ordered wasn't in stock and here were the options. I would have purchased the color I wanted online and had it shipped, but I chose a color that was in stock in the store and waited (the site says it'll be ready in 3 hours and I had purchased the Fri. night of a big local race weekend, so expected some delay) hoping I could get it some time the next day and instead waited three days, hauled my family on this errand and then spent over 20 minutes trying to get help to straighten it out while my young child melted down. I certainly won't be trying to go to the store any more and will think twice about supporting FF online.
Marissa was great, took the time to measure my feet and watch me walk. Found some comfy shoes!
Staff was very helpful and involved with the entire measurement, fitting and shoe selection process. The suggested footwear fit well and minimized trying and discarding multiple items, though more choices were readily available. I wish I had discovered Fleet Feet sooner. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Great sales staff. Jacob Galle has been extremely helpful. I’m 72 and been suffering from foot pain for several years. My daughter suggested I go try out Fleet Feet. I thought it was only for runners. Bought a pair of NB 880v13, wore them for several hours and my pain started dissipating, the next day it was gone. Liked them so much I went back and bought the Altra M Olympus 5 so I could swap them out. Very satisfied customer.
