Scanning feet and being able to find the right shoes for your feet
This visit to Fleet Feet was literally a life changer for me. Having more and more ankle and knee pain that reduced my workout length and ability, I was referred by my doctor's office to this shoe store to find the correct-fitting pair of shoes.
Well, I found them, and after just a few days, my ankle and knee pain is reduced, stability increased, and I can increase my walk distance again.
The store person was very knowledgeable, listened to my comments, provided answers to questions, and was incredibly helpful and patient until I found the best shoe for me. Highly recommend!!!

I liked having a mature, knowledgeable sales clerk (Bob) helping me. He had answers to all my questions and concerns - sometimes before I even voiced them, making my at-best-reluctant visit - after I finally located your store under its old GG name on the Internet - surprisingly pleasant and your shoe price, if not enjoyable, at least endurable. You are fortunate - and smart - to have him as an employee.

The employees in the Springfield venue are wonderful, they know the product lines including quality shoes and apparel! They can order it if it's not available in your size or color? What I like is they get to know you as a customer and strive to meet your needs. If your in need of shoes they measure and test your feet, learning what they can before recommending a product line. They show you what your feet are doing with digital pictures, how neat is that! I personally like that hands on approach to sales and it eliminates guess work. The Fleetfeet store near you is worth checking out!

The ability to bring back the wrong shoe up to 60 days without having a sales receipt. Most of the time the customer service are extremely knowledgeable. I just had one bad experience in Loveland, where it was a young girl, who moved me from my existing Hoka shoe and shoe another version of a hooker, and my plantar fasciitis came back. I think she just needed to be educated more, because if she was highly educated on the hookah brand, she would’ve known to keep me in Bondies, and not move me to Cliftons.
