They told me that by buying a pair of shoes the socks would be $9 but when I got home and saw the receipt they had lied to me and charged $18

Very helpful staff. I like that they can measure my feet and look up my record of what I've bought before in what size (I wear a different in different shoes). I also like the range of brands that you carry. Oh, did I mention that the staff are teriffic?

I liked the personal process and learned a lot about my feet and the way I walk. With this knowledge, I felt that I got a better fit with the shoes, and it provided me with the knowledge to try and correct some issues. Griffin provided excellent service as my sales assistant. He was patient and explained the entire process of my results in terms that I could understand. He provided me with three choices of shoes that would fit my needs in various degrees of support, and it was up to me to decide what felt best. Since coming home, I have been using the shoes for my daily exercise, and I can tell a huge difference in comparison to what I had before seeking the help of Fleet/Feet. I highly recommend their quality of shoes, as well as their service.
