It didn't feel super welcoming to me to be interrogated about my shoe fitting needs immediately upon entering the store -- I felt that communication could be handled differently to improve the experience.
The salesperson did the assessment well and recommended three different pair of shoes for stability but forgot to mention that Hoka shoes are flat with not heel lift and could be a reason for aquilles tendinitis. More information including pros and cons could be helpful

Molly was my associate and answered all my questions!! She established a personal connection, made me feel welcomed, and entertained all the questions I thought were silly! When I left with a pair of 880 Freshfoam New Balances, I didn’t think twice about the cost, because I had a pair of shoes that were highly recommended for what I wanted to do and my foot build!

There was plenty of personnel there, even though it was crowded, I waited only a few minutes.
The shoes were more than I normally spend for shoes but they are supposed to be better quality, and the brands they carry have good reviews. I will start wearing them tomorrow and hopefully my feet will be happy.
Your staff is above and beyond helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Also your return policy is best in class and super helpful in terms of "real world" trying out the right fit for a few weeks.
