The staff at CBW is so kind and compassionate. You can tell how much they all love dogs. Our pup shivers with excitement when we get to CBW so excited to go with the staff member to his designated room to play for the day. And, I love that I can watch our dog on the CBW app during the day. It gives me such peace of mind.

My dog is very finicky about being around people and strange places. However, he loves Camp Bow Wow and all of the staff. They do a great job bathing him and cutting his nails as well.

The staff knows him and always is so happy to see him, and Ringo is always happy to see them. You can tell the staff are all dog lovers. We wouldn't take Ringo anywhere else!
I like the friendly, honest and professional care they give to our pets. I also appreciate they are open 24/7 -365 days a year. The main service I like is the video cameras in the play areas.
When I travel out of state for the holidays it will be comforting to know I can watch my dog Mario play and be taken care of in real time. Fantastic !!!
I felt like everyone took the time to listen to my concerns about my nervous dog and reassured me that he would be taken care of. I like the fact that you have new dogs complete the interview process and I like that you have both indoor and outdoor space.
The "camp counselors" seem to genuinely care about Mea. She loves to go to camp and that gives me a lot of peace. I also like that I can see her on the video cam when I want too.

The first time we sent our dog to your daycare, we had some issues with the way things ran and I voiced my concerns on this survey. I was then called by the DM, who went over my concerns with me and gave us a free day of daycare to try Camp Bow Wow again. Since then, we have taken our dog to CBW once a week and have been very happy with the courteous nature of the staff. It is clear our dog now likes going to CBW as well, since her tail is always wagging and she’s excited every time we pull into the parking lot. I still do think it would be nice for the dogs to have some more items to play on, but that’s just a suggestion. I genuinely feel like my concerns were listened to and changes were made, which is great. I genuinely appreciate the fact that I was listened to and that the DM, rather than getting defensive, asked me what could be done to make the place better. This type of communication goes a long way and is how businesses such as these can be more integrated in communities.

I love the fact that my girl loves going to camp. She has made friends with other pups and looks forward to playing with them daily. The staff have welcomed us from the first day and it's clear they love her, as she does them. Knowing she wants to be there and is in good hands makes leaving her easier as I know she is well taken care of.
