Friendly and caring staff and clean facility.
They recognize us and our dogs, and are able to tell stories about when they play! When we watch on the dog cams, we see people petting our dogs and interacting with them which did not often happen at our previous play place. I like that the staff all have dog behavior training which our previous place did not have! So much that I like, I have no complaints!

I feel confident leaving my dog, Graham, with the staff at Camp Bow Wow. He seems happy to be there, although not as happy as when we pick him up! I love that you send pictures of Graham when we are out of town and that he can have special snuggle time with staff. I love that he can go outside and be with other dogs while he is there. I know that is a labor of love to run a place like Camp Bow Wow. Thanks for all you do.
Staff is very friendly! The price for all day is cheaper then most places half day. Cameras to watch the pets can be fun and give a good piece of mind if you aren't used to dog daycamps.

Our Max loves it there, they take good care of your fur child and play with dogs their own size. Not mixed big dogs with little dogs. Max is worn out from his play time there.
My dog is happy going to Camp Bow Wow...he comes home a tired dog. As the saying goes, a tired dog is a good dog :-)
The hours. Open on Sunday. And the people. But the guests should see where their dog stays. We’ve never seen that and it’s unacceptable.
We love the people and how they are always happy to see our pups, most of them know them by name and our pups are always happy to go play. If something is ever messed up (nail trim forgot to get done) they always work to make it right. Love this place!!!

Our doodle, Molly loves to come to Camp BowWow. I look for a place where Molly is happy! When I turn into Camp BowWow she starts making happy sounds. She is excited to get out of the car and can’t wait to play with the other dogs.
I have found the employees like their job and being around the dogs. My I can see Molly enjoys the handlers at the facility.
Molly is a large dog. She enjoys the large area of the facility and socializing with other large dogs. Being able to check on Molly at Camp BowWow has given through the video camera allows me to check on her and see her relationships with the other dogs, her reactions within the facility to other dogs and the handlers.
CBW Grapevine is our 2nd family. Everyone is so sweet and I always feel comfortable leaving our Mabel for a 1/2 day, full day, and overnight stays. Thank you for tiring out Mabel, keeping her socialized, and care for her like you do your own. Bravo!

All of the staff is so kind and have the nicest things to say about our girl! Our fur kid can be quite timid but once she gets to Camp Bow Wow, she runs right in, super excited to see her friends! CBW has great supervision and take great care of all the campers! We love Bow Wow!!

I completely trust my two boys with CBW! It’s obvious my guys enjoy their stay ‘cause they are always excited to go back. It’s a nice feature to be able to check in on them throughout the day on the web cam.
