The people at Hicksville’s Bow Wow are fantastic. Always welcoming to me and my dog. I watch on the app based cameras as she plays and interacts with the staff.
Bow Wow is my go to place, when I cannot be home to play or watch my dog.

Camp Bow Wow is great. My only reservation about giving it a 10 is that there are no people onsite at night and I was told there are also no cameras so it worries me that dogs are left all night without anyone being able to check on them in an emergency. Other than that, it’s a 10.

While we do not have Camp Counselors that stay with the pups overnight, we assure you that we take every precaution to ensure that our pups will remain safe in our facility for their boarding stay. Camp Bow Wow has done wonders for our dog. He is more confident and less anxious because he has been interacting with other dogs there. The staff has been super understanding and patient as he comes out of his shell. He has learned to be a dog from being with the dogs, but he has been comfortable enough to do so from the environment that the staff has created. We feel like Camp Bow Wow was the missing link in helping our rescue pup become a happy pup!

I love that I can watch my dog on cameras, the only thing I do wish would happen is my pet and I’m sure others are use to being petted here and there with maybe a hug and I don’t see that happening, with bigger dogs I do see it occasionally but the little ones who are usually lap dogs and use to attention don’t get it. But I do love the staff and how clean it is at all times

We feel comfortable leaving Sadie at Camp Bow Wow for some playtime. They always greet her by her name entering the building,
The staff here is incredible. They treat my pups like they would their own, remembering their names, temperament and any specific needs. They’re also very clean and organized. When I go to pick my dogs up at the end of the day, you can see them doing their cleaning process and you can tell it’s very thorough. They’re quick to accommodate any last minute bookings, if they’re able to, but are very good about safety so they will let you know if they don’t have space in order to not overwhelm the staff and dogs. Heather has been truly amazing and so helpful in recommending activities, training tips, etc. that are best suited for the needs of my dog. Everyone here is just great and I can’t say enough good things.
