The staff is patient with my dog. She is typically scared when she goes, because she is a covid baby and didn't get socialized. Every one is very friendly and seem to be good with the animals.

Camp Bow Wow Parker has a wonderful staff and a very safe environment. I love that I can check in on Denver midday through the Camp Webcams. I love watching Denver playing with new friends and getting lots of attention from the camp counselors! Great place!

My dogs love the camp counselors, there are no toys there for my one dog who thinks all the toys are his, and everyone is so nice there.
The friendly staff welcomes me as I come in and calls my dog by name. They are concerned about her health and welfare. Also, a great training program.
Grooming
Phoenix always loves coming to play. She has lots of friends (human and fur) that love her.
The ease in making reservations. Love it. I don’t have the app; but email and i appreciate that easy way.
Clearly run by good people who care deeply about my dog. They are all very kind-hearted and sweet. If I am going to be incurring the expense of day care, I could not imagine better people to take care of my puppy and I feel totally reassured that she's in good hands. They all clearly love and enjoy my dog, and my dog is good friends with all the camp counselors.
I like the cameras and the staff mixing with the dogs. My dog was a happy tired little girl.

The schedules are detailed out for pet safety and health. I got a detailed food report. The tried hand feeding her after her first anxious night. Everything seems well thought out. Pleased with the ample communication.
The staff treat you as family. They are not just employees. The love and care about my dogs as much as I do. I really like the cameras so I can watch my pups throughout the day.

Caring personnel
The people that work with the dogs are always kind and loving and a dog can tell if it is not sincere. My dog loves going and playing all day. I never have a problem getting her to go and she is so happy when she sees the staff she doesn’t give me a thought! I’ve boarded her there and I was at peace knowing she was in good hands.
Gizmo loves going to Camp Bow Wow. The staff is wonderful! I get photos of Giz and his "pals" playing from the staff, which makes my day. The enrichments are awesome and I love picking up the project that Gizmo did for the enrichment. Best thing I ever did for him.
We like the fact that our dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow, she really tugs at the leash and is very excited when we arrive!
Very caring and concerned staff. They wanted to be sure my pup had a good first experience with the dogs at daycare. Might be a little pricier than other kennels but it’s worth it for the attention to detail Csmp Bow Wow gives to its clients.
