Great staff and various activities for dogs
I haven't gotten to know the staff and they know my pup well, it helps make Mr feel comfortable leaving my pup all day! All the staff seems to genuinely enjoy working with and interacting with the dogs.
Friendly personnel that welcome my pup by name. CBW has never had that urine smell. Care for my pet. Love the cameras to check on my pup.
The Customer service is amazing! Your front desk staff is always so pleasant. My pup looks forward to going, if he could he would go everyday. He stands by the door every morning waiting to go outside and then sits by the car. He’s and only pup so I enjoy the fact that he has a place to release some energy.

Thank you Jennifer. We love the interview process as well. It gives us a chance to speak with pet parents to find out their specific needs and the needs of their pup. It also keeps the pups safe in a supervised environment.
This is such a great service, especially for our dog who benefits from the company of playmates. We’re liking the extra activities in which campers may engage. The games are fun; the extra cost modest, which includes campers’ photos on Facebook. It’s a treat to see our baby jumping for a ball, chasing a “squirrel,” or making paw art ~~hanging now on our fridge! Along with all the fun and engagement among other dogs, we feel very safe having our girl at Camp BowWow. All of the counselors really like dogs! It’s more than a job for them. And we can check in Nikki via Camper Cams. Adds to our secure feeling. ~~ The Ripleys

Very friendly! The staff takes very personal, loving care of the dogs. Very accommodating with scheduling. I like being able to watch my dog play on the web camera, and knowing that he is treated well by the handlers. Highly recommend!
