The staff are friendly and showed how much they cared for every dog in their care. It was evident from the moment we walked in that building trust and keeping a safe environment was the foundation of Camp Bow Wow.
I was nervous at first because my dog is older but they looked out for and took her to rest and tended to her when needed! Very nice staff, I highly recommend!

The price is fantastic and I don’t worry about my baby. I even got a complementary wash when she messed herself. And the pictures they send and camper cams let you know your pet is engaged.

I feel completely comfortable with leaving my Fiona at Camp Bow Wow. It is safe/secure, always clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and seem to love what they do. It is convenient, offers grooming, and I appreciate the updates I get at pick-up. Fiona walks out with a smile and so do I.

I can monitor my dog from the webcam anytime so I know whether she is having a good time and whether the camp counselors treat her well. That puts my mind at ease. Staffs are always friendly and helpful whenever I drop her off or pick her up. My dog seems to feel safe there. That's important for me because she was a rescue who tends to be anxious. But she plays with other dogs now as she gains more confidence. I'm very happy to see that.
First of all, we had our two dogs boarded there. One is a staffy pittie, the other is half Labrador half great dane. The pittie, she did not pass the interview, so she could not play with the other dogs while boarded. The lab mix could, she passes the interview. The lab mix is on a very strict prescribed diet, not easy to keep up with, but the team did great! Even with me being a helicopter mom and nervous that something may go wrong, I was always watching the cameras/video feed at meal times. The lab mix has severe food allergies that can lead to anaphylaxis. The pittie, she could eat anything but she knows not to eat her sisters food. And there was two of the four days some feedings got messed up, but only for the pittie. So all was good. With all that being said, they gave the pittie snuggles and loving as requested, since she could not interact with the other dogs. And I appreciate that so much! The lab mix had a great time playing with the other dogs. For as many times as I called with concerns, the team was always very courteous and addressed my concerns quickly. So I want them to know just how much I truly appreciate how much attention and care they provided our fur babies!

We love camp at Eden Prarie! Not only is our dog Lambeau so excited to play, the staff are just as excited to see him when we arrive to drop him off.
