Very dog friendly and interactive with the pups.
Easy to schedule, and I'm confident my pup is taken care of well while I'm away! I love that I can see him playing everyday I'm gone instead of stuck in a crate for hours on end.

Both my dogs love camp bow wow despite having opposite personalities! I have a high energy, super outgoing dog who goes NUTS with excitement when she goes in and a shy, scared dog who gets nervous going in. They always take the time to work with my shy dog to get her to go in on her own despite her being small and moveable, which I really appreciate. Her confidence has grown after just her first day and she always seems to be happy when I check her on the cameras

Our dog quite literally loses his little dog mind with excitement when we tell him he's going to Camp Bow Wow. He always has fun. Those that work at the Camp also know him by name. And the groomers are kind, thoughtful, and always confirm what type of grooming he needs for the month.
Your location has put us at ease when dropping off our dog for a short period of time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. For the first time in a long time, our dog came out of your facility without shaking and being lethargic.
We have used Camp Bow Wow several times now, and so it is with confidence that I trust and believe that they will look after very well - our Maltese dog named Charlie, when he is a camper at the Concord, CA location!

The staff is phenomenal! My pup Sheba comes home exhausted but happy after every visit!I We have tried other doggy daycare facilities, but none compare to Camp BowWow! Again,the staff is top notch, and provide exemplary customer service and care to my fur companion! Kudos!!

We were Camp Bow Wow customers in Maine. When we moved I looked for a local location. I love the interview process - you know that every dog has been vetted. Love the cameras to check in on our pups and when they are boarded we get pictures- it’s so nice to know they are cared for and loved even when we cannot be around. They shears come back well exercised.
I highly recommend getting your pups the spa treatment. They always do the best job.

Friendly customer service
We have a rescue dog who can be very wary of strangers. The staff at Camp Bow Wow have don't a great job with him and he now wags his tail when he walks in
The expertise of the camp leader! He has so much knowledge! Not only do I get the camp, I also get dog training, dog care tips! And the service is amazing!! When I have questions rather it's camp related or not, Mr. Jones always takes the time to educate me.

Camp Bow Wow Pittsburgh South is the highlight of my dog Bruno's week! When i ask if he wants to go to camp? He loses his mind! The staff is super nice and reasonable to work with (sometimes I need to bring the dog in last minute because of my work). They have fun activities for the dogs and treats available for me to give at the counter (for when he is a good boy of course). I have never been met by a staff member with anything but a smiling face. We love this place and thank you for taking care of our pup!
