I like that the workout is just 20 mins, and the appointment system means I'm more motivated to turn up! Also that someone is there on the floor to engage with /encourage/be interested in how I'm doing that day or generally in the programme

I have recommended the gym to a number of friends (and two have used the gym). It is still quite expensive for a lot of people but you seem more innovative recently in terms of pricing packages etc. Cleanliness is an issue in recent months since Lauren left - the changing rooms appear to be cleaned much less frequently.
I like how there is a trainer at all times and helps you and encourages you to do the workouts. Its a very friendly environment which means I enjoy going training.

The team in educogym naas are fantastic at catering for the different needs of all their clients.
I am already a few years using educogym, it suits perfectly to a busy lifestyle, everyone could find 20 minutes for a workout, and it works, it keeps me in shape and healthy. People working at the gym make the whole experience pleasant, staff is definitely gym best assets, as they create the atmosphere where you will want to come back.
Not disappointed, just too early to tell. One thought though - with the intensity of the exercise, I think heart monitoring would be sensible.
I think the team are very patient with a customer who has never been in a gym before and therefore hasn't a clue about the equipment. I've already recommended the Blackrock gym to two neighbours. Well done to Dean and Seàn for their help so far.

I love the personal attention that I get from James. He gives me great encouragement to achieve my goals. I love the way my programme is constantly updated & revised in order to continue changing & achieve my desired weight & body. He is very supportive & knowledgeable particularly when I'm on a diet that I'm finding tough or not getting the results or I'm making a mistake with my diet he quickly rectifies it... I find Nikki a brilliant trainer, very encouraging, knowledgeable & supportive.. She always (like James) pushes me to achieve a little more, which gives me the results I want...!! These are my main trainers & I'm thrilled with them - have been to other personal trainers privately & both James & Nikki are by far the best as I can see results. Emma is lovely always very pleasant, happy & supportive... I love Educogym Dundrum as there is always a great atmosphere - condusive to achieving my ultimate goals.. Appointment based bookings proves inconvenient sometimes.
The client is responsible ultimately for their own results, this is achieved by the monitoring and guidance off the trainer. There is not where to hide, the only way to get the desired result is to follow the programme set out by the trainer. Follow it and you will succeed, don't and you won't. I think it would be hard to fail, because the trainer is going to hold you accountable for your actions. There is no time to mess about, just stay positive, work hard and achieve your goal.

This gym is too expensive for some one on an average wage.

staff are very welcoming and friendly but not overly so. First gym whereby I didn't feel even worse for being overweight and felt that something could be done about it.
