I feel the cost of he training is very high - ongoing membership is a bit of a luxury for me and probably not something I can maintain indefinitely on the basis of current prices. And potentially reduced costs would boost membership.

In recent times especially Educogym trainers have re-configured some exercises, modified others and created more to suit me as a 72-year-old customer. This is greatly appreciated.
Make sure the management is doing their job when it comes to client memberships. There were a few times we had froze our memberships but for some reasons, our expire membership did not update. Therefore we were unable to book sessions via app.

My coach, Bob, took the time to explain the whole system to me and was very knowledgeable. He also spent time discussing with me what I wanted from the experience. It was very motivating to be given short term goals (2 weeks) as well as long term and to have everything quantified - weight, body fat, measurements for waist, hips, legs, arms. The diet sheet is very clear and easy to follow and the supplements help to adjust to the nutrition plan.

Motivated staff = more clients
I feel that the trainers are brilliant and very enthusiastic but they don't stay very long so there is no continuity in this aspect. You work so close to the trainer and you build up trust so it is very disappointing that they leave.
There is no ventilation in the changing rooms. Also the changing rooms need a serious clean and showers need to be fixed. One of the shower heads keeps falling down, one of the shower doors gets stuck. The seals are all very dirty. the toilets could be much cleaner.
There is a lot of dust in the gym area. The air vents are very dirty. Also the music is not very good.

he programs are tailored to every individual's needs. Ensuring consistency in progress (in accordance with age or ability) is equally likely to be an individual experience. Managing individual expectations and understanding goals in the context of a benchmark might be useful.
How does one fully grasp the immediate goal and set it in the context of the medium term objective.... Visualising the steps to achieving this can be difficult.
Are there any elements of training that can be done at home/travelling?

Environmental: Sometimes I find the floor (Blackrock) can be dusty - if doing ab work!
