Programme was tailored to meet my needs. Trainers very professional, knowledgeable and most of all motivating. High intensity training is phenomenal. With a twenty minute session you can push yourself harder as you can see the finish line just after you've started, but you can feel the exercise working long afyer leaving the gym. Becaise of the open yet private facilty you know you can't slack off as other like minded members are completing their own exercises in close proximty and the trainer is supervising you but not standing over you. Losing weight & exercising isn't easy, but once I motivated myself that I needed to do something, James, & the other trainers were able to encourage me that my goals were achieveable and they made it alot less harder than I thought it might be. I've only had a three day trial so I can't give you top marks yet. Having a water pump installed in the gym would be the only thing I've seen so far that could be 'improved'.
I enjoy the twenty minute intense sessions and it is so helpful to have a Trainer there during the session.

All the staff are very good at motivating customers. I have turned up on a couple of occasions when i wasn't feeling very positive due to pain from a previous session. The team are great at noticing this and helping to motivate. Im very happy with the service

I have only had 2 training sessions so far, but both trainers Will and Fran were very helpful, explaining things as we went, and also gave good encouragement also
I joined late April and there has been significant turnover in the 3months I have been with educo. There is confusion over membership and the four month goal set on day one. There is a premium membership fee for what should be a premium service. The membership query has not been resolved. I am also not close enough to goal after 3 months to justify extending the term. I am currently on my third trainer in three months and wasnt given measurements despite asking for them after the last assessment. I have been comparing results from the initial assessment and while there is an improvement its not enough to juatify the €1000 spent so far. I waiting on a reply re membership sent on 2nd of July and a second on Friday. I intend to continue with educo until the end of the 4months originally signed up for, ie 23rd of Aug and will reserve judgement based on results on that date.
Informative, motivational and focused.
Personal trainers are very good. Exercise time is short at 20mins. You are greeted by name when you arrive!
Fantastic. Two issues. 1. Fix the app. I have been trying for 10 months to get it sorted. 2. Improve cleaning routine. It's fair but needs improvement.. The staff and the service get 10 out of 10
