I really like the front counter staff. Their always super friendly and helpful. Michelle Gill and Joe Hersco are great people, and they're both awesome spin instructors. I always leave the gym feeling great after one of their weekend class's.

I like our amenities but I wish the buddy system was for all. Some things around the gym need to be brought up to date. The hot tub at Laguna wasn’t working right either no heat or half heat working. Sauna was out of order..

I use the swimming pool, hot tub and steam room. Always have had a good experience here.

Clean and friendly

Friendly atmosphere.

The staff are great. I’m always greeted with a smile and a “Have a great workout” when I arrive, and the woman who keeps our gym clean, Guadalupe, is lovely and friendly.
My only complaint is the quality of some of the equipment in the strength room. New mats, more stretch bands, additional small core balls would be so appreciated. Our classes are large and vibrant and these are the items we use each week and when they’re tattered, flat, or missing, it’s frustrating to us all. Lisa, our instructor is FANTASTIC, not only for her knowledge and ability, but for keeping our room tidy and constantly on the hunt for missing equipment that ends up all over the gym. We try to help, but could use some extras for our large group.

Needs improvement: up keep of locker rooms with supplies like soap etc.

Friendly staff. Love my trainer, Liz! I’ve been coming for 18 months and have increased strength and mint. I’m able to much more than I ever thought lossy. The sky’s the limit!

It was so great to get back in the pool to work out. Do to medical reasons, I have been unable to go for three months.

It has a very professional, friendly, & helpful staff. It has a wide open space. And is kept very clean, especially in the mornings before there’s more traffic in the afternoon & evening.
