Friendly staff…pleasant environment
I have had Cancer 3 times (including now) and chemotherapy and been working out at the gym off and on for years the people that work there are so cool and other members too, everyone is always so helpful.I am 66 years old and it's the best Gym I've ever been a member too. Me and my fiance have been going off and on through my cancer surgery and chemo for years I think the staff and just everyone at the natomas gym in Sacramento California on truxel, at the moment I have to work on my chemotherapy before I can get back to the gym thank you it is rehabilitated me more than I can say I've taken my kids my grandkids and told friends about it I plan on fighting this cancer and continuing at my gym thank you very much.

The Staff is friendly and helpful. My personal trainer, Austin, was outstanding! He helped me get back into fitness after being away from a gym for 15 years. He was understanding of my challenges as a senior and as I deal with autoimmune issues. I love this health club!
Clean spaces, friendly staff, good class offerings.
Atmosphere and service
I have been a member since 2000; apart from a few absences, it has always had a comfortable vibe, attentive staff and looked neat and clean. Not the most fancy in town but very reasonably priced; just a good balance for me.
Thank you, Rebecca Hatt
You have a lot of equipment.
The environment
The staff is friendly, it’s kept very clean and there is a good variety of machines and workout equipment
I like the staff and the ability to work out freely without judgement.
Clean and doesn’t feel crowded
The layout of the weights and machines.
Our club has very welcoming and friendly staff.

The instructors and classes, the equipment, and kid’s activities
I like the smaller club where everyone knows everyone. Very friendly atmosphere.
My gripe is with the toilet paper. It is so hard. I go to Pocket and Laguna gyms also and they have much better TP!
Personally I like the location. It is very convenient for me. The people are friendly, the gym is clean, it is busy, but still always enough equipment so that I can work out!
Friendly qualified staff. Really appreciate the lap pool that usually is not crowded. The upgraded locker rooms are always kept very clean.
There is a good cross-section of client age. Good to see accessibility for those who age mobility challenged, and there is a good training staff. Staff is friendly and courteous.
The kids center is well run.
I have a couple of concerns.
1. Bathrooms are downstairs only.
2. Upstairs doors to balconies are sealed shut.
I understand safety issues. More concerned about emergency egress.
Yes, this is a good facility, clean, and well-run.
Relaxed environment
Family Friend
We like coming in and being cheerfully greeted by the front staff. They seem like they are glad we showed up and that feels good.
Ethan is our trainer and he has made such a difference in our lives. Our twice a week training sessions keep us on track. Especially with the weight and balance work outs. Those are not as fun as the cardio but with Ethan’s encouragement, we are getting stronger.
We recently took a vacation to Scotland and had we not been working out before the trip, it would have been difficult. A specific example was climbing the stairs in Edinburgh. The castle and main town is 800 feet of stairs above our hotel. We easily climbed it twice a day and credit our workouts to getting us in shape.
We also like the Young at Heart class. Unfortunately it is going to conflict with the Sac State Renaissance Society classes which are geared towards mature adults too. The class seems well attended, would you consider adding a second one on another day?
Thanks
It's clean and the employees are always friendly and welcoming.
It’s friendly, the equipment is well kept up, and you have classes, personal trainers and a great pool.
The variety of machines available for lifting and aerobics. The pools and the saunas.
The people in he classes. However, there needs to be a cap on classes. Some of the classes, mostly at Watt are too crowded. At times there is not enough equipment and it’s dangerous. 43 people is not realistic. I have accidentally been hit by a weight from the person next to me doing a fly. People can easily trip over a weight be as no room as to where to put it
I like how small and low key this location is and I always feel welcome at the group fitness classes.
People staff aauna
It is a welcoming environment and there is always enough machines to use even during the busy rush.
