All of the workout equipment. Enjoy the cycling classes, but wish there were some morning ones during the week.

I like most of the equipment. I only wish there were more squat machines and leg press and free weights. Great staff, I really just miss the old operating hours. Very difficult to get in on weekend before 5. I work as a server and get off late late so being open till midnight was appreciated. Please extend hours!!

The staff are always gracious and helpful. Convenient parking and gym availability. Love the water exercise and hope you are able to add additional classes in the future. Alicia helped me a couple of years ago with personal training. Would really recommend her to anyone needing her expertise.

Your people are curtious and helpful when asking for information. The club is clean, floors are clean. Hours open for work out are good hours. Family atmosphere.

Folsom's gym is always clean and the staff at the desk are always very helpful.

Large gym

California Family Fitness, Orangevale, is a great club! It offers many different ways to get and stay in shape. The club is very clean and well ventilated. The equipment is always in good working order, the pools are sparkling, the locker rooms are tidy and clean. Also, the staff is friendly and the trainers know what they're doing. I always feel welcome there and the atmosphere is ideal for getting a good workout. I have also been impressed by the way in which the Club adapted to the pandemic situation. They set up a great workout tent in the parking lot for outdoor training. They created a series of workout videos for people to follow at home. And they created an ingenious program for renting out their exercise equipment and delivering it to people's homes. I have a lot of admiration for California Family Fitness and have no plans to go elsewhere.

I love the idea that I no longer have to make reservations for a pool lane! The staff are very nice and friendly. And most of the time if I want to work out in the gym, there is room at the equipment that I wish to use.
I am interested in a good old fashion yoga morning class.
