Love the gym. The staff is great, and they do a wonderful job keeping the gym clean and functional. enjoy the other members also, it is a positive and wonderful place to work out.
the only issue I have, is that they constantly have garbage on the T.V.s example: CNN and the View.
Since this is a gym. would it be nice to have CrossFit, baseball, football games, exercise videos, etc....?
by putting that on instead of the news, members would be more motivated to exercise and would want to come back because of their positive results. just saying...
It offers a variety of things to do to stay fit. It is spacious, moderately clean, staff is usually friendly, and there are clubs in plenty locations to choose from.

CFF Folsom is always clean & well maintained. The space is well organized with the perfect amount and variety of equipment.
You'd be hard pressed to find a more welcoming front desk staff and trainers who are as passionate, knowledgeable, fun, and encouraging as those at CFF.

I like that there are so many areas of weights to choose from. I am new to weights and it is nice that everything is there in one place or another.

Enough of the machines I like
Gym and always clean. The kids club staff is great with my kids ages 8&5. My 5 year old has autism and they work well with him. Only negative is lately the machines haven’t been in top notch shape.

Great staff and child care. Machines are well maintained. Don’t prefer watching Joel Osteen on sundays, that seems a tad unnecessary, but that’s the only complaint.
