I like the friendly staff. And, I love the pool and spa area. However, in winter I relent and go inside to use the torture machines more. I've been a member since 2006.

I like the atmosphere! There is something for everyone and for every fitness level! The people are nice. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Liked the organization of the equipments. The housekeeper is doing such a good job maintaining the cleanliness of the place. Recommend relocating the cycle class to a non congested, not too enclosed room. The most popular class at the big class room should be limited to a certain number of people . I noticed the congestion at some of the popular classes like Saturday at 0900, there’s not enough distance between each other. The 6 ft distance rule is a good way of preventing airborne infections like Covid-19.

The people, fellow members and staff, and so nice and nonjudgmental. I am hoping you add back some 6 am Aqua classes at Midtown and also bring back Young at Heart!
