I like that the club is still really open and inviting. It's not too crowded, machines are never too close to each other, the culture is positive and never harsh or scary, even in the free weight area. I see the employees regularly cleaning and trying to make sure everything is refilled. It's just a nice, friendly gym

I like that the gym is large and there is plenty of room. There are a variety of machines to use and I love the theater room. For the most part machines are well kept up and if out of service it is for a short time. Staff are very friendly at the front desk.

Good hours friendly staff

The environment at the family fitness center at Pocket , to be honest is actually pretty good. The facility has the good amount of machines and free weights for the amount of room. Also , the employees and the people who exercise there have so far , have been polite and respectable about having a clean or sanitized gym along with good behavior. The reason for a score of ten , I really don't have much to complain about as far as the environment and I enjoy going to work out at the pocket gym and most days look forward to gong. The only down fall is the hours of the facilities. It seems that they are still operating on covid hours and closing to early. Really, 7 o'clock on Friday and 5 o'clock on the weekends. If Family Fitness is going to raise my membership , then you need to start thinking about and taking a closer look at actually taking care of us. I am a single father of two kids , who enjoy going with me to the gym. So money can be tight.

I enjoy the friendliness of the staff and patrons of this gym. They all wave and seem to take a genuine interest in the lives of those around them. I also like the cleanliness of the locker rooms. I have visited many gyms and these tend to be the cleanest I have encountered. There is no pressure or judgement and I can just be who I am and meet my fitness goals on my own time. Thank you to all who make this gym a dream come true.
