Convenient. Right off the freeway on and exit ramp; bike or walk for neighborhood residents; has a pool; steam room; sauna. Mostly middle age and older workout enthusiasts.

Clean and expansive gym

Cal Fit is very family orientated. There are a wide range of ages, shapes, sizes etc daily in the gym. It is friendly and welcoming.

Hard to find parking

First off location is good. I have been a member for years. They have everything I need. As a senior, exercise is very important to me so I recently joined their Senior BodyFit class. I do not like lifting weights so this class is perfect for me. Eddie is a great trainer. He explains how to lift weights correctly. Which is very important. Balance is another issue us seniors have so he has us also work on exercises that help. Love this class.

Clean, roomie, it has all of the accommodations, and generally not overly busy .

Seniors, not just muscle men.

I like that there are many resistant machines for the same body parts so I don't have to wait for a free machine.

I like attending Body Fit with Alex Musick. He watches us closely to make sure we are doing the exercise correctly. If its too difficult or easy, he will offer an alternate. Its amazing, he knows everyone's ability and knows what weight we are able to handle. Whenever needed, he is always there to help us with an exercise. I appreciate all that Alex does for each of us.

Pool- it’s all I can use. I like how everything is spread out in gym and I can walk to pool without coming into contact with many germs

Some more aqua classes would be great. Like maybe 2 more a week. Julie is fantastic

New equipment. Lots of space. Clean. Friendly staff. Lots of options/choices for classes and equipment. I was a member when Ca Family Fitness opened on Fair Oaks Blvd. in Carmichael. Was happy to be able to rejoin in '21. It is my favorite of all gyms I have belonged to. The pool in Carmichael is my favorite, the original, but all locations are good.
