Location, never too crowded - always enough machines/stations

Workout floor is usually clean, machines are in good shape, the staff are friendly.

I like that you clean the place. I see lots of members cleaning the machines after use. And at least at the times I attend, it's not overcrowded. I don't go in the evenings though.

The recumbent bicycle and their warm pool works best for my spine issues

The gym is a very convenient location for me, staff is friendly, lots of equipment to choose from. It is normally not crowded when we go in the morning. I also enjoy the steam room to sweat out toxins and loosen stiff muscles. The large windows provide a lot of natural light and some views that makes working out pleasant. Parking is easy due to large parking lot.

There are adequate machines, the friendly staff and trainers and the overall community atmosphere.

Great staff and lots of equipment. I can always find what I need or want to workout with. I started personal training there and the trainer helped me reach my goals; I dropped 3 pants sizes in a year. I take my kids to the Kidz Club and they love it there, it's well staffed and clean and there's always something fun and active for the kids to do.
