It's always so clean and inviting. Never feels like I'm out of place no matter what area I go to in there. It's not too big and it's not too small, and everything is usually in a good area grouped together.

What you have here is a clean, friendly environment where you can be yourself and meet all of your fitness goals under one roof. People wave and say good morning which is a breath of fresh air and the equipment is state of the art and very well maintained. All of the fitness instructors are knowledgeable and really want to help. This is a great place to make friends and they even have a kids area to keep the munchkins happy while mom and dad get their workout on. There is plenty of room to do cardio, strength training, and HIIT and taking a nice relaxing hot tub and steam room after a swim in the pool in the perfect way to unwind on after a long workday or they open early for those of you who want to get it so bring the whole fam!

1.You provide free classes and I can choose from many options with different times or different classes
2. I haven’t used woman locker since the pandemic, but it was clean and quiet.

I love your inside, lap, and kids pools at the Natomas gym. I've have knee injuries from working out in Boot camp classes ten years ago, and the only way I can work out with having any pain is to go swimming.
