I like how the machines are organized. It looks like one area near the weight machines have finally opened up and is being utilized. The area is also clean. Paper towels are provided in every area to wipe down the machines after use.

very friendly staff at the desk. the best trainers. Ari was no so encouraging as I returned to gym after several years. when she left for grad school I’ve been with Mandy. again lots of encouragement and reminders about form. At 68 years old i’ve gotten stronger and better balance. I’ve never been fat but the definition looks great many compliments from my husband
