Classes, equipments, basically everything

I absolutely love this gym and my kids do too. I love the pool, the classes and they even offer a Parent’s Night Out!

I like "family" atmosphere and the group fitness classes. I'm hoping for more classes to come, like zumba in the evenings, which have not been offered at the Orangevale location.

I think it’s a good place to workout and has a positive atmosphere to be in daily.

Swimming is my preferred exercise. I also like the spa at this CalFit location. I'm not into the torture machines inside, but use them in the winter time, when it's cold outside.

I especially like the friendly and helpful staff! And, if Timothy M. was 40 years older, I'd marry him!

Friendly staff.

The staff is extremely helpful. The gym is very clean and plenty of equipment to choose from.

I like the variety of equipment available. I mostly use the ergonomic equipment which helps me do weight training without causing pain or injury. I like that free weights are available, treadmills and ellipticals, and an area to stretch out. It is a small, but effective gym to workout at.

I like everything about Cal Fit- the equipment - cardio - the staff- the club is always clean. The pool and spa is similar or like a resort. I’d recommend the Club to anyone.

The best part of the Laguna club is the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. They keep the club very clean.

Friendly front desk. Excellent trainer in Christ Chilton. Good maintenance of facility.

I think some things could be updated- Ive written this for years now one item would be more modern rowing machines.

Over all the use of space is done very well- it is clean and equipment kept operational-

would also like the bounce back system for muscle ball at the Fair Oaks location

We like the hours of the club. We like having accessibility to the bike room. The club has a wide range of equipment, and is starting to add more classes.

Everything is clean and well maintained. The front staff are friendly and welcome you when you enter the club. The bathrooms ae clean.

Open space. Clean locker rooms. Easy in and out.
