I like the classes! Yoga and strength classes are the only reason I go to the club. I don't use the equipment and the restrooms are clean. There needs to be more Yoga classes. The Sunday class is so crowded, it is difficult to find a space even arriving 10 minutes early. A Saturday class may help eliminate some of the weekend crowding.

I love going to the Bond location my daughter Kiyah loves the Kidz Club and I just love working out and using the aquatic pool and hot tub, just like a lady mentioned last time in the hot tub it's kinda like a retreat the environment of the outside of the gym!

Our Citrus Heights club is very well maintained and clean. Marcus and his stastaff are extremely nice and professional. There isn't much more I can say.We have a group of 12 handball players,someone comes on once a week I believe and takes care of the courts by the way he does a great job as well. It's clean, not over crowded.

Everyone was very nice and attentive. They were very busy at the front desk, but they made sure to let everyone know that they would be right with us (there were three people in at the same time to sign up). The club was very clean and well kept, and there were so many options for my 17 year old son. Another thing I was impressed with was the way they spoke to my son. He was the only one signing up for the membership, and they treated him like he was at their level.. It made him feel very comfortable and respected. I definitely recommend Family Fitness to anyone!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The amount of equipment is sufficient for various levels of physical workouts at both high attendance and low. It’s great to see people of any level all working out together.

Friendly and helpful. Classes are good. One minus is there are not enough exercise balls to use in the group fitness classes. Before Covid, we used those balls a lot in our classes for ab work.
