The trainer is very helpful and understands the worth of your money. With this understanding, he tried to offer the best package that is affordable and so I can avail the health fitness that is a needed for the whole family. The friendly user equipments are a plus too!
It’s always clean, and lots of room while working out
Not too crowded. I feel safe working out and don’t have to deal with the talkers especially those talking on the phone their entire work out.
Big spaces and lovely staff.
It would be nice to have more classes in the evening (cycle, pilates, yoga).
The Rocklin Sports Complex is not too busy at the time that I go. Javier keeps the gym clean and the Front Desk employees are always pleasant and smiling. The Manager handled changes to my membership quickly and facilitated the arrangement of personal training at the gym on Sunset. I've been a member for twenty years and I will keep coming back.

I really enjoy the swim class and it is the main reason I am a member. The front desk employees early in the morning are great as well!

Friendly staff and a wide variety of equipment. I see staff cleaning daily but the higher up things like ceiling fans and vents could use a good dusting but overall I’m a satisfied customer
