A clean and well maintained environment thanks to Kyle the manager at the Antelope facility. Excellent amount of machines, weights, and classes that provides exericse options for any body looking for a workout.

What I like about CFF is that the facility is clean and the staff is professional! I've only been to one location and everyone I have met; employees and members, have all been friendly & respectable. The employees are knowledgable to health and fitness. The cost is a bit high but good health is worth it. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

Cleanliness. Variety of classes. Pools.

First, it's very convenient, clubs all over Sacramento. Second, there is lots of equipment and different kinds of facilities like racquetball courts and basketball courts and pools. No waiting, and you can change up your routine any time. Third, the staff is friendly and helpful. Fourth, every club I've visited has been clean and well kept. Fifth, a very positive environment is encouraged: no super jocks, no bullying, no macho nonsense.

The group fitness classes.

I do wish that the clubs would keep things a little cleaner. Specifically, the floors in the group fitness rooms could be cleaned more regularly (Folsom had some nasty bunches of hair floating on the floors yesterday); and the door/windows in the yoga room at Rocklin Sports look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

I like the classes, and the variety of classes. The instructors are encouraging and try to make it fun... The facilities have plenty of machines and are clean. There's a fitness emphasis, not a meat market.

Mostly, I like the people who use the gym. It's an older crowd and less intimidating than the other gym I belonged to. You've improved the facility greatly since taking it over and the upgrades are much appreciated!

It met my need since Im visiting from the east coast a friend and wanted to continue my swimming I do back home. I also like how friendly your staff was and how clean your facilitie was kept. If I return to the west coast again I hope you will let me come visit and swim again

Group classes especially advanced step

Excellent equipment, friendly staff, right amount of air conditioning, many locations near my residence.

I like the location of the facility and the availability of equipment during my workout times. One suggestion for improvement is to clean the workout areas more thoroughly; i.e. hair, dirt and lint remains in the workout areas sometimes for a week or two (mainly floor perimeters).
