The space is organized well for me to come in, do my workout, and leave. Not to mention the staff are very friendly!

Affordable, clean, and amazing network of different club types. I love the movie rooms at the downtown club and pool/water features in Natomas.

What do you like about our club environment?

Everything, especially at the downtown location. Living in Sacramento gives me access to everything I can hope for from group classes, basketball, swimming, child care, and of course cardio and weights. I like the fact that I feel like I'm working out with like minded individuals, and the equipment is all in great shape. I've been a member at other gyms: Ballys, Golds, Capitol athletic club, 24 hour fitness, LA fitness. Cal fit is the best.

What do you like about our club environment?

I like the friendly, welcoming attitudes of the early morning staff at the Pocket and Greenhaven clubs. Staff knows you by name and always greet you coming in and out of the gym. The Laguna club does not have the same environment at all. There you can come and go and no one on the staff makes eye contact with you, smiles, or greets you.

Also, I recommend CFF because of the wide variety of fitness classes.
