I like that the staff is friendly, each location is never overcrowded to where I can't get on a machine, and there is a variety of different fitness options like classes, sports, equipment, etc.

Programs for all fitness levels/equipment is current/pool facility at Orangevale is excellent.
Lanes available for lap swimming and water aerobics/spa is a plus

Some of the CA Family Fitness clubs are better managed than others. I like OV the best.
Carmichael facility near CA have pool management concerns which need to be addressed with lap
swimming and recreation time use. It is probably because of the small pool size with very few lanes to lap swim and those who get to the pool to take over the lanes before their water aerobic classes begin. I have left on numerous occasions trying to get a lane because of lack of sharing.

Despite its age, Greenhaven remains a wonderful gym to exercise and to meet with friends. The complimentary towels and coffee are still great perks. If the locker rooms ever get remodeled, it will be first class!

The kids are so happy to go to kids club!

It's conveniently located near my work and home. It has all the equipment I need. It's clean. The people aren't too serious and respect my space.

The facility is always quite clean, the staff at the front desk are always friendly, and most of all I love the classes.

I like that it's low key, you are close to my house and you have childcare. Although your childcare is only good for babies. You could do a lot to improve the kid experience for older kids.
