First, I would start with the welcome that you receive. No one does that better than Jill Guinasso Petit.After some difficult times she welcomed me back and made sure that I was at ease and comfortable resuming gym activities.This helped more than I could say. On my first day back, I bumped into the Monday aqua aerobics and she kindly explained her class and asked me to give a try...which I will do this coming Monday. ~ Without her kindness, I don't know that I would have taken advantage of such a great workout.
The gym itself is very well maintained. All the equipment you need is there to achieve whatever may be your goal. Also, I have found that the other gym members can be both helpful and encouraging.
It is good to be back. It not only helps your body but I have found it to be good for your soul and that energy boost lasts throughout the day!
So, all in all, it is a great place to be!

BAC is a great place to go and get your workout done. The staff and members are friendly and respectful. Overall great experience.
Love how personable every single one of the staff members are there. There is such an inviting atmosphere from soul pt to the front desk. The team aspect is also very apparent, would love to join that, hopefully soon.

This is a friendly environment. The premises are very clean, with various kinds of machines running, the pool is clean, and the hours are good to meet the needs of all kind of customers. There is also training available and very good trainers. Parking is good too.
I like Soul Physical Therapy . I like the separate women’s Studio. I love the pool (though it needs a new paint job for the inside of the pool). I love the Women’s locker room (though the showers could be refreshed). The Club is friendly and cozy.
