The club is great there are many options for exercise.
Why do we have to complain to the front desk so often about the smell in the steam room. The grout is discolored with bacteria and we have to breathe that. Can’t be good. Often when I complain about it at the desk they tell me yes someone else just complained.....and little is done. A little bleach each day would do wonders

As a long time member, I am encouraged by the improvements that have been made to the facility in the past year. Really nice changes and much appreciated.
I have recently started using the Les Mills Virtual Cycle and CX programs and have really enjoyed them and am glad we have these options ! I think this is something that we should be promoting more to our members. Most people I speak to about Les Mills Virtual are not even aware of the option . . . even though they have the app on their phones.

Maintenance suggestions:
1. The padding on many pieces of equipment is cracking.
2. The adjustable benches don't sit firmly on the ground. They roll when a relatively light lateral force is applied - even when benching. The benches I am talking about are the ones that you can step on the lever in front and it allows them to roll.
I just had my first day, doing water aerobics and found the club very enjoyable. It's still early perhaps to do a survey but so far good!
The BAC is always evolving-phenomenal personal trainers, great group ex schedule, friendly and helpful staff in a facility that continues to make improvements. I love going there and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for all you do for your members!

More Zumba classes on both weekdays and weekends would be much appreciated :)

I've enjoyed the wide variety of fitness services that are included: group classes, pool, sauna/steam room, women's gym, high-end cardio machines.
The smoothie bar is also a plus!
