Salt water swimming pool is the best-- no chlorinated water vapors to inhale at the water surface! Gentler to the skin, too!

Never too busy, plenty of equipment and a quiet, professional atmosphere. I love everything about this gym.

I like the services that the BAC provides to the community of people looking for a great place to improve their physical healtho because they are very good: the pool and their schedule to provide training for children and adults, the trainers for the ones who request enhance fitness, lots of machines of various kinds for everybody, the women's room for women practicing their workout at ease, and in general the attention that the administration gives to their customers whenever is needed, Yes, I recommend this center as excellent

Liv Gold & Andy in PT are AMAZING - they really listened to what my physical issues were and what I wanted to achieve - so much better than any other experience with PT I have every had. Only 2 sessions in with Liv and I feel improvement already! Love the women's private studio, salt water pool, and sauna. Great location for me as I work in Beverly. Staff is welcoming and friendly.
