I love TYP! I already recommend it to anyone interested in yoga because at TYP the instructors have emphasized doing your own practice and doing what feels best for you. All instructors I have had classes with are fun and nice. I am challenged every time I walk in the door and I feel better everytime I walk out. I like the class sizes. I like the environment. And I like the heat!

It's a great price, the location is serene right by the river. It was a challenging yoga session, but I left feeling good about myself for doing something good for my body. A perfect way to relieve stress!
