I found the process to be very satisfactory. The education by the tech was much appreciated. He did all that he could possibly do to make this appointment a positive one. The carpets look amazing. There is one area that seems to be a challenge yet. However, I highly doubt that it can be much different as it is a high traffic area that was horribly dark.
Rey put booties on before walking on my carpets, nice. I also put booties on before entering someones house to keep from tracking and respect. Rey is just respectfull, he is there to clean.

The men who cleaned the carpet were informative and polite. Carpet looks great. we had spots I didn't think they could remove.
they seem to do their best and they give advice and teach you about their products, They gave me some spray for my pet urine problem and told me where I could get more. They were prompt with their time and were great at explaining everything and how it works.
