I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning done by Doug and Travis from zerorez. I'd heard of the company from their ads on the radio, but I knew nothing about them from "word of mouth." Other than general cleaning of the carpet, I was anxious to have pet stains removed, and (for the most part)that was accomplished. I am happy to recommend zerorez to others. Not only were they on time, they completed the work quickly. Both of the workers were friendly and knowledgeable.

Ray was careful in our home, explained everything fully, extremely knowlegable about the product and achieved fabulous results in our carpets. When I told him of the dust issue in our bedroom he checked the vents and that was the issue so he suggested we allow him to clean them too. Ray is a true ambassador for Zerorez. People are not always comfortable with a stranger in their home, this was not the case with Ray. I can't say enough nice things for the quality of this professional.
