The technicians called about half an hour prior to the time they would arrive and then arrived at the time they stated, did the work quickly and competently, and were friendly and helpful. They were great and I would use their services again.
Ray was so knowledgable about carpet, pad, pet stains. He was amazing. We have 3 dogs. One 14 year old male who marked one bedroom repeatedly. The carpet is blue and due to his "marking" it was about 1/2 covered with yellow stains. Ray got ALL OF THEM OUT. ALL OF THEM! He spend time with me talking about products and how to clean (and NOT clean) pet stains. Just what I learned from him was worth the price. Two of our dogs are quite old and Ray saved the carpet. We can now wait to replace it. Thanks Ray.

Technicians are competent and friendly. However, there was a spot under one of our bedroom windows that did not come out. I did not point the spot out to the technician but it is pretty obvious.
Clean and quick and neat. The guys came back and were able to extract more dirt and stains out of the traffic areas. I appreciated their "can do" and courteous attitudes!

It was easy to arrange. They came to the and finished in a timely manner and the carpets look great. They still need some work but the tech recommended to come back in a few months and to continue to work at it and they will look even better the next time.
