He explained the process, answered all my questions and quickly accomplished the job. I was amazed that the carpet was not wet when he finished and was completely dry in a couple of hours. The whole house smelled super clean and fresh. I was so impressed that I booked a cleaning for my Son's apartment (my treat). Thanks so much. Will be calling on you again.
