It's way too crowded in there. I kept feeling like I was about to be swatted in the face by the guy next to me, and if I had not ducked, I would have been. You guys cram way too many people in there.
Bathrooms and air flow. Personally, this is my least favourite of the 3 kits studios as it only has the one bathroom and can get stuffy. I take a pre-natal class there with Teresa and she is fantastic, but there is often a 20 minute line-up for the toilets... I think this class should be held elsewhere to better accommodate the needs of pregnant women.
The staff were very friendly. I liked how the studio seemed unpretentious. Maggie was great - she was kind and thorough in her explanations. For someone who is apprehensive about new places/activities, the atmosphere and staff made the experience less scary.

I am especially impressed with the ability the Hatha teachers had in giving modifications for me because I am pregnant.
I am in LOVE with your prenatal class and the fact that you have a mom and baby class that follow immediately!
My baby can do yoga in my tummy and then in the world, with the same vibrant teacher...that's amazing. Really amazing.

Also, I am thrilled with the 30 dollars for 30 days initial intro to Semperviva. That's a gift to be able to try your studio at such a great rate...it shows much trust on your part in the quality of your business. Much appreciated.

Great teachers, lots of classes to choose from
Lots of classes/choice, great spaces, and great teachers (I love Sherine, Ara, Susanna, Peter, and I've tried a few other teachers and they were great too). A very well run business with great service and an excellent vibe. I do wish that classes were less costly. I'm doing some dance classes in June, and will be away for much of the summer, but I do hope to return to Semperviva in the Fall. I will look for deals and special offers. Many thanks!
Smaller class sizes would make for a more inviting atmosphere and less distractions. I like sea studio best of all the semperviva studios because it is more intimate, but I still think it could be more so. Semperviva is a little too cliquey for me...it kind of feels like "factory farm" yoga rather than a real community. Because the studios are so crowded there's very little facetime with instructors. I also don't like how noisy the studios are...people speak so loudly and thunder around, especially in the kits studio. It seems kind of disrespectful and makes it hard to get centred before class. I would prefer if semperviva honoured a quiet policy in the studio. The vinyasa power flow classes also seem to cater to the "regulars" and I feel like the instructors don't explain how to set up for postures safely for those of us who don't understand Sanskrit.
I was so pleased at the friendly, informative front desk staff at the Kits location. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Friendliness and grounded staff; classes I've attended are excellent and diverse.
Classes are too big, it was too hot in there, and the drop in classes are over priced at $21. A reasonable price would be $12 for drop-in.
Not allowing people into the class after a class has started.

It would depend on the person I possibly refer. If they like to do yoga in a more spacious environment, I probably would say it was not for them.

There are many choices of types of Yoga as well as many locations to choose from. Many of the instructors have been very good.
