I love the classes, the instructors, the feel of the rooms.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The teachers - my favourites Natalie and Elana Epstein - are supportive and inspiring. I've come back after not practising for about a year and it's been easy to get back into it thanks to the compassionate environment at Sempurviva. Keep up the great work. Thank you! Name removed
I like the stafg and the class. I just find the mats set up to close to each other. We need more personal space.

We aren't very regular yoga attenders and the staff (front desk and teacher) were very receptive to us, welcomed us, and helped us as needed. We felt very included.

The Sun studio is too small....whenever I come to a yoga class there, it's so full & spacing is so tight, I'm constantly getting touched or bumped by other people.....can't really meditate & get into the yoga class. I often see ants (summer time)....then during another class, I saw an earwig crawling around. And during Yin class on Monday night (Jan 29th, 2017) - there was a centipede crawling on to a mat right next to mine....I was so freaked out that I had to ask the person on that mat to kill it....luckily he obliged but he was clearly annoyed with me...but I cannot practice Yin yoga while a centipede is crawling around me while I'm lying down on my mat! Please do something about your bugs and tight spacing in the Sun Studio....
Very crowded in the studio and in changing/storage room. It's difficult to get and return props. It is difficult to see the teacher, thus hard to follow for newer students. The staff was very nice and sign up process was quick.

Your schedule should reflect your actual hours. For ex., the hard copy of your schedule lists a yoga class on Mondays at Sun studio at 7:00 a.m.., but the studio does not open until 9 a.m.
As well you advertised a discount on the ten day pass on your web site, but it did not work. The other offers did, but this one did not.
Keep your online site and schedule up to date.
Spacious place, great teachers.
I forgot my scan card and they were very pleasant in helping me sign in and processing my payment for 10 classes with the bigshiny2018 discount. Helped my friend that was first timer at the studio. She drove in from Abbotsford to try this studio! The teacher was amazing. Although it was a hatha class, there were some flowy components to it which I really enjoyed. Teacher taught with usage of many types of props and options for different variations depending on level/what body needed. Studio was nice and clean and did not smell. Ambiance was great, it definitely impressed my friend.
Selection of classes & workshops is great. Teachers are excellent. Space & equipment are clean. Bathrooms too.
Re: clothing - please get more bra tops that have a high front neckline. Some of us are over 55, still get upsidedown and don't want to have to fix the boobs post-inversion, even if it's down dog. I feel like the selection of clothing appeals more to the younger, less-body fat, long-legged types. Older women have money and are happy to spend it on stuff for themselves.......
Great views from the yoga studio and the instructors are great.
Early morning classes at Sun are lovely because yogis aren't crammed in like sardines.
It would be lovely if the light from the street could be blocked out on the east end of the studio.
