More washrooms would be nice. Water station outside studio. It's convenient that you provide mats.

Beautiful, convenient location (Sea Centre). Friendly, welcoming staff. Thoughtful, well-planned yoga classes that feel refreshing, restful and re-setting for the nervous system.
Everyone is super friendly, helpful and totally approachable. I have travelled from a different country to do a specific yoga training course and i have been made to feel very welcome.

The caliber of yoga is good, I find sometimes that the instructors might need to pay more attention to the students, and warming up before class by doing a freestyle head stand might not be the best way to make new students to yoga feel comfortable. Is anyone else concerned about volume levels, between the music, the teachers voice and air conditioning/venting noise? I would suggest that the instructors check there volume level more often, especially with big classes. As much as I love a gentle soothing voice, it is no help for my flow when I have to keep looking at another student for direction.
I would personally like to see more inversions, it seems most teachers have take then right out of there class.
Unfortunately I came from a small studio on the north shore and my yoga studio became a place of friends, I am sorry to say since joining six months ago I have only met one person. I think starting the class with saying hi to your neighbours is a good idea to help with that, but very few teachers seem to use that tool.
I try not to hit the the ‘full’ classes but when I do I assume there is nothing you can do to improve the air quality in the room?
If I would to ask for some cardio classes added to the class makeup, it would improve my chances of staying with the studio. I know YYoga is doing this at one studio, and it would save me from having to have another membership at another place.

She took her time to help us and answer our questions and she did not rush us. Also, she had such a positive vibe and energy while being also calm, that made our Yoga experience even more joyful.

Organized, clean but busy
The class variety offered, the teachers and staff, the ambience, and general “good vibes” of the environment and people!
Clean, warm and convenient location staffed by friendly, helpful and engaged personal. Knowledgeable and caring teachers who verbalize the practice instruction well throughout the class. Lastly, convenient class commencement times and duration. My wife and I look forward to attending as many weekday AM courses as our scheduling will permit, hopefully 5 per week, over our 6 month pass. See you again soon and often. First name removed

Great class variety, wonderful instructors, friendly staff, clean, safe and welcoming.
The front desk is sometimes slightly mean/ confused about things / intention for example when I "complained" about my experience of the dripping ceiling on my foot during a class the person said "... and you didn't move?" talked about everything that had been done to fix it and then instead of checking with me what I wanted, she checked with the other desk person if what she was saying was good enough English that person said "yes ... I understood what you said". which made me feel quite a lot of shame and embarrassment instead of the thanks for information / empathy I had probably been looking for., especially after a restorative class when guard is down. Other examples include asking about payment options and workshops where the conversation isn't as supportive [just a feeling ... not enough to make to stop coming to Kits]
I like the yin class. My only feedback is its a bit crowded and i could not fully stretch out into some of the poses because of someone being close beside me
