The best way to answer this question is that is nothing that I don't like about your services! This is my first time experiencing the practice of yoga and Yoga-den has made me hooked! Despite my hesitation and fear of trying something new; my first class with Michael put my fears aside and he made me feel like I was right where I needed to be!! And I was! Your environment, the competency of your teachers and the positive energetic aura that encompasses each class is uplifting and spiritual. I have only taken a couple classes thus far but it has already transformed me in so many ways!! Thank you

EVERYTHING! I recommend your studio to everyone I know (and don't know) when speaking of great yoga practice. :) Khristi Keefe is by far the greatest instructor from whom I have had the pleasure of learning/honing my practice and only wish she taught more classes!

I love Alyson classes, she is the best instructor! I drive from the westside to attend her classes. I do not like the Avondale location due to the noise from the street and lack of parking. I really like the Mandarin location

I chose Yoga Den to do my 200 hr teacher training and it has been one of the best decisions ever! The studios are great, the instructors are caring and welcoming. Such a knowledgable staff of instructors, a variety of classes to choose from MindBody classes, power, yin, etc. Love everything about Yoga Den! Highly recommend to all my friends and family ~
